If I just put my three Royal Garden pieces in a single-file row (e.g., King,Queen,Ruins so that King and Ruins both touch the Queen but do not touch each other), is that sufficient? I currently have it on a street corner with the King (2x2) and Queen (2x2) side by side and facing/touching one street the Garden Ruin (3x3) touches the backs of both statues and the perpendicular street runs along its side.

I am supposed to get a 3% defense boost for having all three, but it does not show in my town hall list of boosts (my Cherry Garden boost DOES show up there). I recently acquired and built the Royal Garden set (King and Queen statues and Garden Ruins).
